About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced C# & SQL Development Team Lead to join our team at Optim-G Sourcing. As a leader in full stack development, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of responsive, microservices-based web applications with RESTful APIs, as well as leading, mentoring, and supporting your development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Code, develop and enhance full stack applications as per requirements, up to and including production deployments.
- Lead, mentor and support your development team, managing timelines, resolving blockers, and fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
- Be involved in Architecting the applications on premises and in cloud infrastructure.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automating testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Expertly skilled developer in C#, .NET, .NET Core and Microsoft SQL.
- Expertly building responsive, microservices-based web applications with RESTful APIs.
- Expertly developing high performance, high throughput applications.
- Solid knowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in modern front-end frameworks (beneficial).
- 10 years (minimum) Relevant experience in full stack development.
Qualifications
- IT Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or relevant qualification.
- Proven leadership track record of mentoring and managing development team members.
- Proven track record of integrating development team into multi-technology projects across different teams.
- Experience in on premises deployments of developments (Required).
- Cloud deployments such Azure (Advantageous) and AWS cloud (Beneficial).
