Job & Company Description:

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for building structured, reliable cost models that protect margins and ensure consistency across all proposals. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, and technical leads to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and support the commercial bid team with accurate pricing and risk-adjusted estimates.
This role sits at the centre of project costing, commercial governance, and strategic pricing—making it vital to the success of the company’s modular engineering offerings.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

– Proven experience in estimation within engineering, manufacturing, EPC, or modular solutions
– Strong ability to build detailed cost models for labour, materials, fabrication, E&I builds, logistics, installation, and commissioning
– Understanding of FEED deliverables, EPS conversions, and modular/standard/configurable product costing
– Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication) to verify BOQs, quantities, and technical inputs
– Familiarity with cost structures, overheads, multipliers, and approved pricing logic
– Strong analytical capability and attention to detail
– Ability to interpret historical cost data, benchmarks, and lessons learned to refine pricing
– Experience identifying cost drivers, risks, uncertainties, and margin exposures
– Excellent Excel and costing tool skills, with the ability to maintain estimation libraries and templates

Role Responsibilities:

– Develop accurate, defensible cost models for modular engineering solutions and FEED/EPS deliverables
– Estimate all cost components: labour, materials, fabrication, E&I, logistics, commissioning, and lifecycle costs
– Gather vendor pricing and technical inputs from PPE, PPF, and PPAE teams
– Align all estimates with approved cost structures, overheads, multipliers, and pricing logic
– Coordinate with Engineering and Procurement to validate BOQs, assumptions, and durations
– Support the Bid & Proposals Lead with pricing summaries and commercial schedules
– Apply historical data and benchmark pricing to ensure competitiveness
– Identify commercial risks and quantify potential exposures
– Maintain and update cost databases, templates, and reusable estimation tools
– Ensure consistency and alignment across conceptual, FEED-level, and EPS-level estimates
