Duties:

• Establish and lead a strategic actuarial division.
• Oversee pricing, reserving, and risk frameworks.
• Drive data governance, fraud detection, and predictive modelling.

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Qualified Actuary (FASSA)

 
Experience:

• 10+ years actuarial experience, with 3+ years in healthcare/insurance.

 
Skills & Competencies:

• Proven leadership and people management.
• Strategic thinker with technical depth.
• Strong compliance and regulatory knowledge.
