We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Junior Export Clerk to assist our export and logistics team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for a school leaver, student, or retired person looking for part-time work in a structured office environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist with export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates)Capture and update shipment information on internal systemsLiaise with, freight forwarders, and internal departments, shipping lines and customs File and maintain accurate recordsFollow up on documentation and shipment statusesGeneral administrative support to the export teamRequirements:Matric / Grade 12 (essential)Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, email)Strong attention to detail and good organisational skillsWillingness to learn and follow proceduresGood communication skillsPrevious admin or logistics experience advantageous but not required.
