About the Role
As a Fleet Administrator at Pro-Match Recruitment, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet management services. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and manage all fleet administration activities, while maintaining accurate records and reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all fleet administration activities
- Schedule and monitor vehicle repairs and preventative maintenance
- Track vehicle availability and ensure optimal fleet uptime
- Maintain accurate fleet records, reports, and documentation
- Liaise with service providers, drivers, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Monitor and report on fleet performance and usage
- Assist with general administrative duties related to fleet operations
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in fleet administration
- Strong computer literacy, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Valid South African driver’s license
- Own reliable vehicle
- Excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
