About the Role
Objective Personnel is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team in Gauteng. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR department
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records
- Process employee transactions and benefits
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ HR administrative experience, preferably within the food manufacturing or FMCG sector
- Solid understanding of HR processes, labour laws, and compliance requirements
- Experience with HR systems and payroll administration
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Qualifications
Matric
Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field will be an advantage
