About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Referral F&I professional to join our team at GAP Consulting in Johannesburg, East. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle an average of 35 Units per month
- Perform against Targets
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, trade practices, dealership policies and procedures
- Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to drive sales growth
Requirements
- Minimum 3 Years’ Experience in a similar role with a proven Track Record
- Matric Certificate
- NQF 4 Retail or Short-Term Insurance Qualification with a minimum of 120 FAIS Credits
- RE Accreditation
- NCA Accreditation
- CPD Hours up to Date for all Cycles
- COB Completed
