About the Role
Ergasia Placements is seeking a highly skilled Marketing & Campaign Agent to join our team in Gauteng. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels to meet campaign objectives. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for major client prospects, conducting market research, creating engaging content, and analyzing campaign performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, traditional media, conferences, and client-facing opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for major client prospects, understanding their needs, managing relationships, and ensuring successful campaign execution.
- Conduct research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive ideas to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content, including graphic design, and multimedia assets that align with brand messaging.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Work closely with organizational teams, including sales, operations, IT, to ensure successful marketing efforts and alignment with business goals.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field is often preferred.
- Previous experience in marketing, preferably within an agency setting, is highly valued.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for client interactions and content creation.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
