About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Sales professional to join our team at Bright Placements (PTY) Ltd in Gauteng. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Provide expert advice on connectivity solutions (fibre, wireless, VoIP, cloud) to customers
- Present technical solutions in a simple, customer-friendly manner
- Utilize negotiation skills to close deals
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
Requirements
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Good understanding of connectivity solutions (fibre, wireless, VoIP, cloud)
- Ability to explain technical solutions in a simple, customer-friendly manner
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
- Strong time management and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Matric (Grade 12) – essential
- Relevant sales or ICT qualification – advantageous
- Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in B2B sales (connectivity / telecoms / ICT preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle (often required)
