About the Role

Jobs 4 All is seeking a reliable and well-organised Personal Assistant to provide administrative and operational support. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple tasks efficiently, handling correspondence and phone calls professionally, and providing general office administration support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative and personal assistant support
  • Manage diaries, schedules, and appointments
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required
  • Coordinate meetings and take minutes when necessary
  • Assist with general office administration and ad-hoc tasks
  • Run errands and provide support outside the office when required
  • Travel from time to time for work-related duties

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written)
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role (advantageous)
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel when required
  • Valid driver’s license (recommended)
