What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years’ recruitment experience (agency or specialist environment)
• Strong business development and client relationship management skills
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets
• Excellent communication skills, resilience, and a commercial mindset
• Relevant qualification advantageous but not essential
