About the Role
Our client in the Telecommunications industry is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store targets, and ensuring excellent customer service. If you have a passion for sales and a knack for leadership, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Calculate and Manage Store Targets
- Ensure Sales are highlighted aggressively
- Train new staff members in Cash up procedures
- Implementing new systems once approval from management is received
- Monitor stock required in other stores
- Prepare for Stock Take and ensure that Stock Take is done accurately
- Process AOD’s and process them on the system
- Follow up and Manage all stock related Repairs
- Replenish store by ordering from HQ to Manage Stock Levels
- Spot Stock Checks
- Monitoring and clearing of dead stock
- Weekly Stock Counts on items to be re-ordered
- Assist with events, planning, preparation and attendance
Requirements
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to work retail hours
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Knowledge and experience in sales of exclusive brands
- Minimum 2 years working experience as a Retail Store Manager
- Pastel Evolution
- Excel
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years working experience as a Retail Store Manager
- Sales Manager of all Stores
