Salary: R10 000 – R20 000 CTC
 
Basic: R10 000
Travel Allowance (advance): R10 000
Cell Phone Allowance: R850
Commission: 3% from the first rand of sales (no targets)
 
Languages: English and Afrikaans (bilingual)

We’re hiring a driven Sales Representative to manage an existing client portfolio across Mpumalanga & Limpopo. No cold calling – just relationship-building, repeat business, and referrals!
 
About the Role
 
The Sales Representative will manage a portfolio of existing clients across the Mpumalanga and Limpopo regions. The focus of the role is to service and grow the client base, build long-term relationships, secure repeat orders, and generate referrals. Extensive travel will be required, with occasional overnight stays. No cold calling is needed, as the client portfolio will be provided.
 
Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years proven sales experience (wholesale/retail environment preferred).
• Own reliable vehicle (travel allowance advances provided).
• Willing and able to travel extensively, including overnight stays.
• Strong client relationship and business development skills.
• Bilingual in Afrikaans and English (spoken & written).
• Experience with tile, mosaic, or building material sales will be beneficial, but not essential (training provided).

 
Duties

• Manage and grow the assigned client portfolio.
• Conduct regular client visits in Mpumalanga and Limpopo.
• Build strong client relationships to secure repeat and referral business.
• Provide product knowledge and support to clients.
• Report to the Gezina office when in the local area.
• Maintain accurate sales records and feedback reports.
