About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Functional Consultant to join our team in Gauteng. As an Advanced SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding (2.0) consultant, you will play a critical role in configuring and implementing the SuccessFactors module for our clients. You will leverage your expertise in Agile methodologies, JIRA/xRay/Confluence, and recruiting process knowledge to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding (2.0) modules
- Implement recruiting processes using the SuccessFactors platform
- Utilize JIRA/xRay/Confluence for project management and collaboration
- Conduct application testing for SuccessFactors
- Ensure high-quality solutions that meet business requirements
Requirements
- Proven configuration skills in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding (2.0)
- Recruiting process knowledge
- Routinized use of JIRA / xRay / Confluence
- Exposure to Agile methodologies
- Strong commitment to quality
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors configuration work
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in any of the modules (bonus)
