About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Functional Consultant to join our team in Gauteng. As an Advanced consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding (2.0) with proven configuration skills and recruiting process knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding (2.0)
- Manage recruiting processes and workflows
- Utilize JIRA / xRay / Confluence for project management and collaboration
- Participate in Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions
Requirements
- Proven configuration skills in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding (2.0)
- Recruiting process knowledge and experience
- Routinized use of JIRA / xRay / Confluence
- Exposure to Agile methodologies
- Strong commitment to quality
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors configuration work
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in any of the modules is a bonus.
