Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain, implement, and improve the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001
• Maintain, implement, and improve the Occupational Health and Safety Management System in line with ISO 45001
• Manage industrial client safety files and statutory compliance documentation
• Ensure technical and site staff are site-ready, including medicals, inductions, and mandatory training
• Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and implement mitigation measures
• Investigate incidents, manage non-conformances, and drive corrective and preventative actions
• Facilitate internal and external audits and support management review meetings
• Develop, maintain, and control SHEQ documentation, procedures, and records
• Deliver SHEQ training and assess staff competency
• Monitor SHEQ KPIs and ensure accurate reporting and record-keeping
• Promote a proactive, safety-first culture across the organisation

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Formal training in ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
• Formal training in ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel
