About the Role
Our client in the Telecommunications Industry is seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met for our service and support contracts, while maintaining effective communication with clients and driving customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
• Management of service delivery cycle
• Management of service assurance cycle
• Monitor overall performance of services and timelines to deliver
• Ensure efficient handover process between sales, procurement, and finance
• Manage 3rd Party provider service delivery
• Establish long term relationship between yourself and the customer – driving customer loyalty
• Proactively looking at ways to increase efficiency or save costs
• Relevant reporting on process
• Incident & Request Tracking
• Stock Management
• Account Management
Requirements
• Grade 12 Essential
• Telecoms industry experience non-negotiable (at least 4 years)
• Project Management & Service Management qualification / certification
• Solid understanding of Project Delivery cycle
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively with a team and customers
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Code B driver’s license required
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical and strategic mind
• Customer driven
