About the Role
We are looking for a confident, friendly, and motivated In-Store Sales Agent to join our growing team. If you enjoy working with people, helping customers, and reaching sales targets, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and approach customers in a professional manner
- Promote and explain products or services clearly
- Assist customers with product selection and purchases
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Keep product displays neat and attractive
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
- Capture customer information accurately when required
- Work closely with the store team and management
Requirements
- Grade 10 / Grade 12 preferred
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and confidence when speaking to customers
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Ability to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
- Well-presented and professional appearance
