Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with local and international funding requests, loan rollovers, and utilisations
- Update and maintain international interest rate schedules and distribute reports
- Support daily and monthly cash flow forecasting (local and international)
- Load payments on international banking platforms and follow through on settlements
- Assist with Treasury Management System updates and interest calculations
- Support SA and international divisions with daily cash management processes
- Prepare and distribute ALCO packs and treasury meeting schedules
- Maintain bank account registers, guarantee registers, signatory updates and KYC documentation
- Collate FX schedules and distribute monthly bank fee analysis
- Liaise with auditors and manage treasury-related documentation.
- Support the Treasurer and Treasury Manager with ad-hoc projects and system improvements
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Newly Qualified CA(SA)
- Minimum 2 years’ treasury experience essential
- Strong understanding of bank administrative processes
- Knowledge of receivables, payables and cash management processes
- Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong MS Excel capability
- Detail-driven with the ability to operate in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
