About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator / Marketing Assistant to join our team. As an administrator, you will provide general office support, handle correspondence, and update property listings and client information. In addition, you will assist with marketing efforts, including creating digital content and coordinating campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- General office administration
- Filing and record-keeping
- Handling correspondence, emails, and telephone enquiries
- Assisting with contracts, mandates, and property documentation
- Scheduling appointments, viewings, and meetings
- Supporting management and agents with administrative tasks
- Marketing support: assisting with property marketing listings on online portals and company platforms
- Preparing marketing material (property flyers, brochures, adverts)
- Coordinating signage, photography, and marketing campaigns
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) essential
- Previous administration experience (property industry advantageous)
- Computer literate: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of online marketing and social media platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and organisational ability
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Qualifications
- Matric (Grade 12)
