About the Role
As a Branch Manager at Profile Personnel, you will be responsible for leading our George branch to achieve its full potential. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Operate the daily operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Recruit, train, and develop branch staff, including setting performance goals and conducting evaluations
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently, maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Drive sales initiatives and promotional campaigns for the branch
- Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to achieve them
- Create and manage branch budgets, focusing on cost control and profitability
- Identify opportunities for branch growth through market research, community engagement, and competitor analysis
