About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Co-Ordinator/Logistics Admin Clerk to join our team in Germiston. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of quality control, and supporting the overall success of our logistics and sales functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain Quality control
- Conduct monthly stock takes
- Produce Variance reports and resolve discrepancies in inventory
- Report product damages or contamination products
- Be familiar with FSSC 22000 standards
- Enforce Pre-Requisite Programs (PRP), food safety, quality, and health & safety regulations as relevant to logistics and procurement
- Manage sales orders
Requirements
- Experience in FMCG, Factories, Sales and Stock control
- Duties related experience is an added advantage
Qualifications
Matric / Senior Certificate
