About the Role
Internet Express, an established courier company based in Kempton Park, is seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Agent (CXA) to join our team. As a CXA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process and manage customer transactions, including bookings and deliveries
- Maintain accurate records and reports using Shiplogic or similar software packages
- Provide excellent client communication and negotiation skills
- Work independently with minimal supervision to achieve daily targets
Requirements
- Minimum Gr 12 qualification
- Minimum 3 years experience in the Courier and Warehousing Industry (domestic & international)
- Reside in or near Kempton Park area
