About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a qualified and experienced Maintenance Officer to join a luxury country estate in Hazyview. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth running of the property.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance across the estate
- Conduct general maintenance duties to support the smooth operation of the property
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Perform routine inspections and report on any required repairs or replacements
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards
- Support the estate team with ad hoc maintenance-related duties as required
Requirements
- Qualified electrician with relevant certification and experience
- Previous experience in a maintenance role, ideally within a hospitality or estate environment
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot effectively
- Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures
- Willingness to work night shifts as required
- Reliable and professional work ethic
