About the Role

Live-out position available for a qualified and experienced Maintenance Officer to join a luxury country estate in Hazyview. As a key member of the estate team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the property through your electrical maintenance tasks and general upkeep duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out electrical repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance across the estate
  • Conduct general maintenance duties to support the smooth operation of the property
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
  • Perform routine inspections and report on any required repairs or replacements

Requirements

  • Qualified electrician with relevant certification and experience
  • Previous experience in a maintenance role, ideally within a hospitality or estate environment
  • Ability to work independently and troubleshoot effectively
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures
  • Willingness to work night shifts as required
  • Reliable and professional work ethic

Qualifications

Salary & Benefits

R7,500 – R9,000 per month negotiable depending on experience. Live-out position, however a standard room will be provided in the staff village for night shifts if needed.
