Job Description

Role:  Admin Assistant
Location:  Hermanus
Salary:  TBC

? What the role involves:

  • Coordinating and allocating jobs for technicians
  • Managing daily admin, deliveries, and follow-ups
  • Liaising with clients and supporting operational needs
  • Learning the ropes — full training will be provided

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • ”Op en wakker”, sharp, switched-on and able to take initiative
  • Bilingual (Afrikaans & English), with a professional, confident manner
  • Strong on admin, planning and task coordination
  • A good communicator who works well in a close-knit team
  • Comfortable working in a practical, hands-on environment
  • Sage Accounting experience is a plus

? Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30
