Candidate Requirements:

• Tertiary education in hospitality / conservation is beneficial
• Previous experience in a similar hospitality role, with a focus on guest service and lodge operations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate staff in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Valid driver’s license and own transport.
• This is a live out role – so the candidate must reside in Hoedspruit/be willing to move
• Flexibility to take on additional roles as required.
• Menu creation and occasional home-style cooking

This is a live-out role and the work cycle will be 3weeks on and 1week off. The option to live in accommodation provided is possible, whilst accommodation is being secured. It is important that the ideal candidate be flexible for lodge duties, this is a very hands on role and suited to independent individuals.
