About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our dealership’s service department in Hoedspruit, South Africa. As a strong automotive leader with a proven technical and service management background, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, maximizing profitability, and ensuring full compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally
- Oversee daily workflow of the service department
- Manage workshop scheduling and repair order processes
- Ensure workshop equipment maintenance and efficiency
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate technicians & service advisors
- Drive productivity and team performance
- Monitor departmental expenses and budgets
- Drive profitability, sales targets, and workshop efficiency
Requirements
- Experience Required: Matric
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Assistant Service Manager
- Strong technical / service background
- Experience managing manufacturer service standards and processes
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite
- AI-related skills advantageous
