About the Role
As a Maintenance Supervisor at Craven Cottage CC, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our property, ensuring that all areas are maintained to luxury standards, while prioritizing guest comfort and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out and supervise preventative and reactive maintenance across the property
- Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities are maintained to luxury standards
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests
- Support and guide maintenance team members in daily tasks
- Coordinate approved external contractors when required
- Conduct routine inspections and maintain accurate maintenance records
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety, fire, and statutory requirements
- Support sustainability initiatives including energy and water efficiency
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a maintenance or engineering role
Proven technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance
Working knowledge of health and safety regulations
High standard of workmanship and pride in the property
Calm, professional, and solutions-focused approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and on call as required
Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail
