About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team, supporting the development of our online presence and driving engagement across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Support website updates and enhancements alongside developers
- Monitor site performance and resolve issues to ensure a smooth user experience
- Create engaging content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and email campaigns
- Visit lodges to capture authentic, high-quality marketing content
- Manage the content calendar and maintain the digital media library
- Collaborate with designers to produce on-brand visuals
- Implement SEO strategies and keyword research to boost visibility
- Track website performance and user engagement using analytics tools
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms
- Engage with followers and maintain a consistent brand voice
- Assist with digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube)
- Monitor performance and suggest improvements to maximise ROI
- Contribute to various marketing initiatives and team projects
Requirements
- Diploma or relevant qualification in Digital Marketing
- 3 yearsâ experience in a digital marketing role
- Solid understanding of SEO and social media platforms
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta tools
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Analytical thinker with excellent attention to detail
