What you’ll be doing
- Designing high-performance distributed systems at scale
- Building real-time, data-intensive services
- Translating complex pricing & financial logic into production-grade code
- Driving engineering excellence across backend and platform layers
- Working directly with business experts and quant-driven stakeholders
- Leveraging AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate delivery
What we’re looking for
- 10+ years software engineering experience
- Strong background in real-time / event-driven systems
- Proficiency in Go, C++ or Rust / JAVA
- Strong systems design & architecture capability
- Deep understanding of performance, concurrency & scalability
- Cloud experience (AWS)
- Comfortable working in high-impact, ambiguous environments
Bonus points
- Trading / pricing / financial markets experience
- Derivatives, market data or analytics exposure
- Experience turning models or prototypes into production platforms
