About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team in sourcing top talent for bulk recruitment. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing innovative sourcing strategies, building and maintaining pipelines of suitable candidates, and ensuring seamless onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing Posting job advertisements across various platforms and job boards.
- Developing innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Proactively building and maintaining a pipeline of suitable candidates to meet ongoing recruitment needs.
- Reviewing CVs and applications to identify and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conducting initial telephonic screenings to assess communication skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Scheduling and conducting in-person interviews.
- Administering pre-employment assessments and any role-specific evaluations as needed.
- Hiring and Onboarding Extending job offers and negotiating employment terms where required.
- Conducting background checks and reference verifications as per operational needs.
- Assisting with completion of onboarding documentation and ensuring compliance with hiring policies.
- Coordinating training intake, ensuring 1020 new hires per session are scheduled and confirmed twice monthly.
Requirements
- 1-2 years relevant Bulk Recruitment Experience preferably within a call center environment.
- Result-driven with excellent attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree is advantageous
