AREA MANAGER & NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST – LUXURY BEAUTY BRANDS CAPE TOWN & SURROUNDS – REGIONAL | W-Cape, South Africa START: 01 June 2026 / ASAP REPORT TO: Sales Manager / Director HOURS & SHIFTS: Monday to Friday 08:00am – 17:00pm SALARY & BENEFITS: Market Related Basic Salary (Neg based on relevant experience as required by this role) Petrol Card for business travel Car Allowance Communications Allowance Medical Aid (Discovery) contribution Provident Fund (included in CTC after 6 months of employment) Monthly Product Allocation from our esteemed brand portfolio Monthly commission on Opening-orders Quarterly commission (tiered & target based) on all sales achieved in that quarter MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Reside centrally in or directly around Cape Town Afrikaans confident – you must be able to confidently engage in Afrikaans Valid driver license & your own, reliable and insured vehicle – this is not negotiable, traveling is an inherent part of this employment Recognized Qualification in Beauty / Spa / Cosmetology / Health & Skin Care / Somatology You MUST look the part, beautifully groomed and very well presented (hair, skin and nails) Demonstrated sales experience with a focus on new business development Professional English command for formal business relations, training and national engagement ESSENTIAL SKILLS EXPERIENCE: Confident in sales, new business development, client relationship building and meeting targets Actively pursue and secure new business opportunities Develop new marketing strategies Previous skin care / luxury brand sales experience SOFT SKILLS: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong time management abilities Effective problem-solving and analytical skills Capacity to work independently and efficiently within a professional environment Ability to manage multiple brands concurrently Effective time management skills to meet deadlines consistently Understanding of financial statements Ability to perform well under pressure Strong customer service skills to ensure optimal customer satisfaction Proficient in data analysis and trend identification to enhance performance Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects.
