Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Growth Revenue:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas for new and used trucks, parts, and service.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor sales performance across dealerships and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Dealership & Customer Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership sales teams, providing training and support to improve performance.
  • Work closely with fleet managers, leasing companies, and independent owner-operators to secure sales.
  • Resolve customer concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels to drive repeat business.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including fleet sales, government contracts, and leasing partnerships.
  • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand market presence.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and promotions.

Reporting & Forecasting:

  • Track and report on sales metrics, inventory levels, and market conditions.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and budget recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensure CRM systems are updated with customer interactions and sales pipelines.

Compliance & Training:

  • Ensure dealerships adhere to manufacturer programs, pricing strategies, and sales processes.
  • Conduct training sessions for sales staff on product knowledge, financing options, and sales techniques.

    • Proven leadership and team coaching abilities.
    • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
    • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
    • Ability to travel frequently within the region.
