Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 3 support for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) financial modules Perform root cause analysis and resolve system issues efficiently Collaborate with internal teams and Oracle Support to drive resolutions Support month-end financial close processes, ensuring deadlines are met Monitor system performance, troubleshoot failures, and improve system stability Act as a subject matter expert for financial ERP systems Analyse Oracle patches, coordinate testing, and support deployments Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and end users Requirements: Bachelors Degree (IT, Finance, or related field) Minimum 3 years Oracle EBS support experience (or 35 years as a super user) Strong knowledge of Oracle Financial modules Solid experience with SQL / TOAD and relational databases Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving ability Experience in a finance/accounting environment is highly advantageous Strong communication skills and ability to work in a global environment Please apply directly, by clicking on the apply button or visit
