A respected FMCG employer is seeking a Company Secretary to join its Western Cape team. With a focus on ensuring effective coordination, facilitation, and governance of executive, board, shareholder, and operational administrative processes, you will serve as the primary liaison between management, the Board of Directors, shareholders, and key internal and external stakeholders. Your experience in reporting, statutory compliance, and executive support activities will support operational efficiency and informed decisionmaking. To be considered, you will need a degree qualification (finance preferred). CA (SA) advantageous. You should have at least 3 years relevant working experience. Proven experience in high-level stakeholder liaison and advanced Excel skills (Forecasting and Prediction, Pivot Tables, VBA and Macros) are a prerequisite.
