Optimi is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Debi-Check Consultant to join our dynamic Sales team. The ideal candidate must have strong telephonic sales experience, excellent administrative skills, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing demands. REQUIREMENTS Grade 12 Sales/Marketing qualification (advantageous) Minimum 2 years in a sales-related role Proficient in MS Office Fluent in English (written and verbal Fluent in Afrikaans (advantageous) DUTIES Make daily calls to customers for DebiCheck mandate acceptance. Initiate mandates where needed. Escalate technical/system issues requiring Hyphen support. Follow provided call scripts aligned with QA standards. Prioritize customer satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities (e.g., Optimi Plus products). Monitor daily mandate reports (BOD, Data Files, EOD). Administer related messages and ensure mandate status accuracy. Submit accurate daily reports on performance, trends, and insights. Assist in preparing reporting data for seniors and management. Ensure all systems and sales software are up to date with relevant actions and notes. Provide overflow support on leads and tickets. Assist team leaders and management with admin tasks. Reassign unallocated tickets and follow up on lead status. Follow scheduled work and break times. Complete after-call tasks efficiently. Prioritize work items based on urgency and impact.
