About the Role
We are seeking ambitious and motivated individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Initiators at U Covered Insurance Solutions Ltd. As an entry point into our sales ecosystem, you will operate in a lead warming capacity, contacting prospective clients, qualifying opportunities, and booking appointments for Financial Advisors. You will have the opportunity to work in either Life cover solutions through Jeffcott Financial Services or Car insurance solutions through U Covered Insurance Solutions, depending on performance and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound calls – cold calling
- Introducing life or car insurance solutions
- Building rapport and identifying client needs
- Qualifying prospects and booking advisor appointments
- Accurate CRM updates
- Meeting weekly and monthly targets
Requirements
- Grade 12/Matric (checks will be done)
- No Criminal Record (background checks will be done)
- Must Speak English Fluently
- Previous Sales or Call Centre experience – strictly 1 year minimum
- Basic computer literacy

Basic salary between R5,000 and R7,000 per month, plus a lucrative commission structure with significant earning potential for high performers.
