Proven experience building the squad from day one , designing modern UI foundations from scratch rather than inheriting systems mid‑season. Comfortable performing at World Cup pace , where automated testing and CI are part of daily training camp, not last‑minute penalties. Experience delivering software that can handle match‑day scale , concurrency and performance pressure when traffic spikes and expectations are high. Strong ownership mentality, taking products from kickoff in June through to full‑time build, deploy, support and continuous improvement. A solid understanding of distributed systems and modular architecture , making design decisions that still hold up long after the final whistle across stadiums in the Americas.
