Key Performance Indicators: Monthly sales revenue target achievement. Gross profit margin per project. Number of new clients/projects secured. Sales pipeline value and conversion rate. Number of weekly client visits / site assessments. Project delivery satisfaction and repeat business. Accuracy and timeliness of sales reporting. The Person: Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, Retail, Interior Design or related field (advantageous). Minimum 3 years external sales experience, preferably in: Shopfitting Retail solutions Construction/interiors Fixtures & fittings B2B project sales Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills. Ability to read basic store layouts or technical drawings (advantageous). Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel. Own car. The Job: Sales & Business Development: Identify and secure new retail clients and projects. Conduct site visits and client consultations to understand retail shop fit out requirements. Draw up floor plan from site visit. Prepare quotations, proposals and sales presentations. Negotiate pricing, project scope and closing of deals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail owners, franchise groups, procurement teams and mall management. Provide after-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Manage client expectations throughout project execution. Project Co-ordination: Work closely with design, manufacturing and installation teams to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor project progress and communicate timelines to clients. Identify upselling opportunities during project execution. Market & Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline. Track market trends and competitor activity. Submit regular sales reports and forecasts. Key Competencies: Hunter sales mentality. Must be able to think out the box innovative. Strong closing ability. Commercial awareness. Project co-ordination skills. Customer-focused approach. Self-driven and target-oriented.

Minimum Requirements Previous retail sales experience within the watch industry is non-negotiable Experience with brands such as Tissot, Seiko, Citizen, or similar Strong sales and customer service skills Retail administration experience including: Stock taking Stock receipting POS systems Daily sales processes Team player with a professional and well-presented approach Comfortable working retail trading hours Working Hours Retail trading hours across 7 days a week One day off per week One full weekend off per month During the weekend-off week, no additional weekday off applies Remuneration Basic salary up to R10 000 negotiable depending on experience Commission on sales Overtime paid where applicable Ideal Candidate Strong retail sales background Passion for watches and luxury/accessory retail Reliable, target-driven, and administratively strong Able to work well within a team environment
