The Person: Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, Retail, Interior Design or related field (advantageous). The Job: Sales & Business Development: Identify and secure new retail clients and projects. Conduct site visits and client consultations to understand retail shop fit out requirements. Draw up floor plan from site visit. Prepare quotations, proposals and sales presentations. Negotiate pricing, project scope and closing of deals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail owners, franchise groups, procurement teams and mall management. Provide after-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Manage client expectations throughout project execution. Project Co-ordination: Work closely with design, manufacturing and installation teams to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor project progress and communicate timelines to clients. Identify upselling opportunities during project execution. Market & Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline. Track market trends and competitor activity.
