Key Responsibilities: Deliver technical training to internal teams, distributors, resellers, and installers. Conduct product demonstrations and hands-on workshops. Develop and maintain training materials, guides, and technical documentation. Train partners on product setup, configuration, and real-world applications. Support sales teams with technical product knowledge and positioning. Provide field-based support and training where required. Gather and relay market feedback and technical insights to product teams. Ensure consistent understanding of product capabilities across all channels.
