Job Description

In this role, you will provide critical, “cradle-to-grave” operational support. You will be the guardian of our automated workflowsensuring immediate action is taken on defects, optimizing performance against business cases, and driving continuous improvement to align with our overarching enterprise automation strategy. Key Responsibilities · Proactive Monitoring & Defect Resolution: Continually monitor all live automation solutions. Initiate immediate corrective action to resolve operational defects and execute prescribed fixes and system resets to maintain seamless operations. · Incident & Incident Lifecycle Management: Log, track, and manage all automation incidents from detection to resolution. Identify and eliminate blockages within the resolution pipeline to optimize system reliability in line with strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs). · Stakeholder Communication & Feedback: Act as the vital bridge between IT and Business. Provide structured, concise, and ongoing feedback to stakeholders regarding operational health, incident prognosis, and resolution status. · Continuous Optimization & Reporting: Investigate the overall performance and efficiency of live automation solutions. Compare real-world metrics against business expectations to uncover development and operational improvements. · Strategic ‘Big Picture’ Analysis: Create an integrated, holistic view of enterprise automation efficiencies compared to broader business strategies. Develop improvement reports, recommend process enhancements, and facilitate the adoption of future development optimizations. What We Are Looking For · Experience: Proven experience in application support, IT operations, or system analysis, specifically supporting production-level automation solutions (e.g., RPA, workflow automation, or orchestration tools). · Technical Sharpness: Strong capability in root-cause analysis, incident logging platforms, and executing prescribed technical fixes/resets. · Analytical Mindset: An innate ability to look at data, spot patterns, compare performance against benchmarks, and compile structured efficiency reports. · Communication Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex technical incidents into clear, concise business updates. · Drive: A self-starter who doesn’t just wait for things to break, but actively looks for ways to optimize, streamline, and eliminate bottlenecks.
