About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Truck Sales Manager to join our team at GAP Consulting, a leading recruitment consultancy in South Africa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue within our corporate dealer group environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage truck sales teams to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share
  • Build strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and other stakeholders to drive business growth
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements

Requirements

  • At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in Truck Sales Manager capacity within the Automotive Industry
  • Grade 12 Qualification essential
  • Valid Driver’s License essential | Code 14 will be advantageous
  • Diploma in Business Management or Marketing Management will be advantageous
  • Strong working knowledge of Sales strategies within the Heavy Commercial Vehicle Department
  • Ability to work in a Corporate Dealer Group environment
