This is a unique live-in opportunity for a passionate couple who are committed to delivering exceptional wellness experiences and high-end culinary offerings in a tranquil bush setting ? This role is ideal for a couple who thrives in a holistic hospitality environment where wellness, health-conscious cuisine, and guest experience come together seamlessly. ?? Head Chef Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all kitchen operations Design and prepare high-quality, health-focused menus aligned with wellness philosophy Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure excellence in service and presentation Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards Manage stock control, ordering, and food costings Cater to special dietary requirements and personalised guest needs Ensure consistency and excellence across all meal services ? Head Chef Requirements: Formal culinary qualification Previous experience in a 5-star luxury lodge environment Proven experience managing a kitchen team Strong understanding of wellness-focused and healthy cuisine Valid drivers licence and own vehicle essential Non-smoker and no pets ? Senior Wellness Therapist Key Responsibilities: Deliver a range of luxury spa treatments to the highest standard Create personalised wellness experiences for guests Maintain tranquil and professional treatment environments Manage spa bookings, stock, and product control Uphold exceptional guest service standards at all times Contribute to the overall wellness offering of the lodge ? Senior Wellness Therapist Requirements: Relevant wellness or beauty therapy qualification Experience in a luxury spa or lodge environment Strong knowledge of treatments and holistic wellness practices Excellent communication and guest engagement skills Professional, polished presentation with a passion for wellness ? Package & Benefits: Combined salary: R34,000 per month Live-in accommodation (shared as a couple) ? Meal allowance: R3,370 per month (in addition to salary) Medical aid contribution (50% after probation period) Participation in gratuity pool (where applicable) Bed night benefits after probation ?
