Job Description

Johannesburg CBD: CONVEYANCING SECRETARY Minimum Requirements:-Professional and presentable-Fully bilingual, with strong English proficiency-Solid recent work experience as a Conveyancing Secretary at a law firm a must, attending to FNB and Standard Bank Bonds a must-Fully independently functional (from receipt to finalization) essential-Computer literate in Ghost Convey-Own vehicle essential (travelling to clients for signing of documents)-Residing in Johannesburg a must (within daily commuting distance)-To start as soon as possible, preferably immediatelyDuties:-Independently handling and drafting of bond registrations, from receipt of inception to finalization of the matter -Liaison with banks, clients, Deeds Office and other law firms-General conveyancing secretarial dutiesSalary: Negotiable depending on experience E-mail detailed CV in Word or PDF format (Not as a link) and indicate the following:- Reference CR2821; and- Your monthly gross salary expectation.(Also forward Reference letters and a recent photograph if possible)APPLICATIONS NOT MEETING ALL REQUIREMENTS WILL BE DELETED.IMPORTANT: This is a skilled legal profession.
