As a team leader at our client you will be responsible for managing and developing a remote working team within the sales department. You will work closely with the Service Delivery Manager in Europe and have a key role in guiding your team to success. You will not only contribute to the growth and ambition of our client, but also to the personal development of your employees.

• An inspiring leader who knows how to motivate, coach and develop people effortlessly.
• Experience in the sales world
• Experience leading a team
• Fluent Dutch Speaker
• Have a valid work permit to work in South Africa
• Ability to travel to Durban and or Europe when if required
• You have fast and reliable internet and a quiet working space at home
• You show initiative, are entrepreneurial and have a pragmatic approach to business.
• You have an HBO working and thinking level and have previously worked as a supervisor, team leader, coach or manager.
• Excellent communication skills and eye for detail
• Results-oriented, strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in the customer contact industry is an advantage.
