About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Controller to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our inventory across all branches, ensuring seamless operations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage stock control across all branches (some travel required)
- Conduct rolling stock counts and update Syspro records
- Identify and implement corrective actions after stocktakes
- Calculate and manage replenishment for international parts
- Oversee inventory at our main off-site warehouse
- Support the import clearing process
- Process returns to foreign suppliers
- Maintain minimum stock levels and create stock codes
- Assist with finance-related inventory management and special projects
Requirements
- Matric (finance-related qualification is a plus)
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in finance or related field
- High energy and strong customer-service mindset
- Code 8 drivers licence
- Advanced Excel and strong Word proficiency
- Syspro experience an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Accuracy with figures and strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage pressure

Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary up to R 24,000 per month (depending on experience)
- Provident fund of 7% (company contribution)
