About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead our Accommodation Services Team and outsourced partners, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and exceeding expectations in all aspects of housekeeping, laundry, and related services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Accommodation Services Team and outsourced partners to deliver high standards of excellence
  • Oversee finance and administration functions to ensure efficient management
  • Manage human resources, sourcing, purchasing, operational, functional, and contract management activities
  • Foster cross-functional integration and self-management practices
  • Take ownership of performance and drive results-oriented outcomes

Requirements

  • Grade 12 (NQF level 4) Diploma in Hospitality/Management/Business
  • At least 3 years experience in food and beverage management
