About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Retirement Fund Administrator to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will provide administrative support for retirement products across global markets, working closely with internal stakeholders and outsourced partners. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can leverage their strong data analysis and reporting capabilities to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for retirement products across global markets
- Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Use Power BI and Excel to support operational and administrative reporting
- Perform data validation, reconciliations, and quality assurance checks
- Ensure work is completed within service level agreements (SLAs) and delivery timelines
- Document processes, procedures, and controls clearly and accurately
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and outsourced partners across different regions and time zones
Requirements
- BCom Degree in Finance or similar
- Strong data analysis and reporting capability
- Experience using Power BI for reporting and analysis
- 5 years of experience within retirement fund, pension administration, or employee benefits (both local and global)
