Responsibilities Support third party sales and distribution partners across 18 African countries with various projects to enhance and establish the right foundational capability skill sets to drive future growth and build competitive advantage Define and drive the digitization agenda to ensure data requirements are met in terms of sell-in data hygiene, store geo-location, customer segmentation, channel P&L and costing Drive distribution efficiency projects through trade channel segmentation and route optimization Drive product availability and visibility in-store execution projects through outlet prioritization Lead demand acceleration projects Lead cross functional work teams to achieve desired project results Develop and assist with GTM and Demand Acceleration strategies for the region Implement and manage processes, routines, tools and measure management systems for key distributors Requirements Commercial Degree 7-10 Years FMCG experience 5 Years experience working with third party distributors Strong experience in African markets
