Johannesburg: Golf Administrator

The Golf Admin position does not require prior golf admin experience but will require an organised and competent administrator. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Golf Director report to and interact with the Golf Director daily. Reception/Pro Shop Answer telephone and interact with callers; Dealing with members and visitors. Provide relevant golf information. Process payments, card transactions and daily cash ups. Golf Bookings Tee sheet control and planning. Manage tee time bookings efficiently ensuring accuracy and timely communication with members and visitors. Work together with relevant personnel. Manage all aspects of group bookings. Work together with Golf Director to manage all aspects of Corporate Golf days. General Administration While not mandatory, experience with the Clubmaster system and a basic understanding of golf terminology and operations would be advantageous. Maintain Pro Shop and golf booking area clean and organised. Assist with opening and closing of the Pro Shop. Assist with Club Tournaments and Events.
