Job Description

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals. Monitor and maintain IT security systems, including antivirus, firewalls, and backups. Support and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, wireless access points). Perform regular system checks, updates, and performance monitoring. Respond to support tickets promptly and escalate complex issues when required. Provide user support and basic training on systems and best practices. Maintain accurate IT documentation, configurations, and procedures. Liaise with vendors and service providers for support and procurement.
